Refund Policy

At Smart Scale Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality financial education and training. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any of our programs.

 

1. No Refunds Policy

All payments made for courses, workshops, and training programs at Smart Scale Academy are non-refundable. Once a purchase has been made, we do not offer refunds, transfers, or cancellations under any circumstances.

 

2. Course Rescheduling & Credit Transfers

If you are unable to attend a scheduled course, you may request to reschedule your enrollment to a future batch of the same program. Requests must be made at least 15 days before the course start date by contacting us at learn@smartscaleacademy.com. Approval is subject to seat availability and at the sole discretion of Smart Scale Academy.

 

3. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases of exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), we may consider a one-time credit transfer, allowing you to enroll in a future session. Supporting documentation may be required.
