Course access is granted upon successful payment.All course materials, including videos, documents, and other resources, are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or resold.

 

4. Payments & No-Refund Policy

  • All course fees must be paid in full before gaining access.

  • We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the course, inability to complete the course, or changes in personal circumstances.

  • In case of a technical issue preventing access, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it.

All content provided in our courses is the intellectual property of Smart Scale Academy.Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any course material is strictly prohibited.

 

6. Code of Conduct

Participants must engage respectfully with instructors and fellow students.Any disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of access without a refund.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

Smart Scale Academy is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our courses.We do not guarantee specific outcomes from course participation.

 

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

 

9. Governing Law
